Premier Bioflush

A highly effective flushing additive, designed to be added to old cutting fluid emulsions to assist cleaning of system prior to changing fluid.

Special Features:

1. Contains specialised biocide and fungicide to sterilise the system and help to breakdown slimy deposits.

2. Helps to break down hard water soaps, which accumulate in many systems to form hard deposits.

3. Specialised additives are added to emulsify separated emulsion and tramp oil.

4. Corrosion inhibitors are added to protect machines, which may be stripped of their protective oil layer.

How to Use.

Add 2% of BIOFLUSH to the old emulsion and circulate for 12 to 24 hours (i.e. overnight). Drain the system completely and flush out with a clean charge of water. Drain again and refill with cutting fluid at the suppliers recommended dilution.

Note BIOFLUSH is only recommended as a cleaning aid prior to changing fluid and not as an in use biocide.
