High Oil Content Soluble Cutting Fluid

Supercut 1000 is a high oil containing water-soluble metalworking fluid manufactured from high quality paraffinic base oils with added preservatives, lubricity and anti-corrosion additives.

The product is readily miscible with most mains water to form a stable, rich, milky white
emulsion of low odour and good corrosion protection and is designed to give improved sump life
over competitive traditional milky soluble oils. Supercut 1000 is non-staining to both ferrous
and non-ferrous alloys and may be used in a wide variety of applications e.g. turning (including
light automatic work), milling, drilling, boring and shaping.

Applications

General Machining, free machining metals, non-critical grinding, ferrous and non-ferrous alloys.

General Machining Concentration: 5% typical
Ferrous Grinding Concentration: 4% typical
Higher concentrations of up to 10% may be employed for more arduous applications.
