K40EP Semi-fluid Grease

This  semi fluid, soft Lithium based greases has been specially designed for use in centralised lubrication systems. It is easily pumped, has superb oxidation resistance, exceptional mechanical stability, good water resistance and rust protection and can be used over a wide range of operating temperatures.It conforms to all leading bearing manufacturers specifications for general purpose industrial and automotive use, and has been carefully manufactured to a LEAD FREE formulation. It has the addition of a special tackiness additive which gives this grease increased adhesion to metal surfaces, overcoming the problems of “throw off” from high speed rotating parts.

Recommended for gears, plain and anti-friction bearings where an NLGI 0 is specified and for industrial and agricultural purposes where the use of a semi fluid or very soft product is essential or desirable.
