Christmas Delivery
Friday 20th December will be the last day for dispatch.
Couriers will be making deliveries as normal up to the 24th December. For any item not delivered by then, deliveries will recommence on 27th December.
Export orders
Any orders to be delivered outside the UK, will not be able to be processed via the website.
Currently, we are not offering shipping services for export & to non UK Mainland addresses. due to shipping restrictions for liquids with couriers & the associated difficulties. This will also include Northern & Southern Ireland, Isle of Man & some Scottish Offshore e.g. Alderney, Herm & Sark. The Isle of Wight will still be available but services are limited & expensive.
UK Standard orders
We offer free delivery on parcel delivery orders of £95.00 & over not inclusive of VAT to most mainland U.K. addresses, however a surcharge will be applied to Scotland addresses & all off-shore islands. Please feel free to phone or email for a quote for delivery charges in these areas. Please see standard charges below based upon order value.
Free delivery is excluded from any order containing a 205 litre drum. These orders are palletised and subject to a pallet delivery charge at the regional rate subject to post code.
Please note: Delivery notification & tracking details will be sent to you via our courier by email if you have provided this detail to us correctly.
We reserve the right to choose the best courier & shipping option as we see fit to suit the parcel size, weight & product type. Specific request from customers may be considered but prices may vary from the advertised.
As of 04/10/2023 the parcel courier (APC) will now use the shipping option:
CONSIGNEE CHOICE.
This will mean that the driver can leave the parcel safe without a signature or a person present following the request of the consignee (receiver) & no permission is required from the sender. If you have left instruction on your order for items to be left, the instruction will be passed to APC & shipped with the ALLOWED instruction. But please note that for both of these options, it is entirely at your risk!
No replacements or refunds will be offered for missing items if you have requested items to be left unattended & we accept no liability for these items.
Delivery dates & times offered by the courier are non-guaranteed and may be subject to delay.
Parcel Order Delivery charges
· Order value under £95.00 before VAT, shipping = £7.05 + VAT
· Order value £95.00 or above before VAT, shipping = FREE.
These prices cover a standard courier service, if you have specific delivery requirements i.e restricted delivery times then you should place your order by phone & discuss the options with our representative who will quote you a shipping cost for any non standard requirement. If you place your order online then standard courier service will apply and we will not adhere to any requests for specific time windows or other non standard items.

Parcel deliveries are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 3 - 5 working days of order throughout the UK. Priority same day dispatch is available see premium delivery services below. If your order is not stocked or unavailable for dispatch within the above time frame, we will contact you giving you a date when the goods will be available.
Pallet Order Delivery charges
Orders including 205 litre drums will be palletised and pallet delivery charge applied subject to region & shipped on a 48-hour service (Usual dispatch period applies as above). If a 24-hour service is required please call for prices and place your order by phone on 01782 410381. Orders may not always be shipped on the day of order placement subject to stock availability & time at which the order is placed. Regional surcharges will apply to certain postcodes.
Premium Delivery Services
Same day dispatch and a range of premium parcel delivery services are available, please telephone on 01782 410381 for available options and prices. Premium delivery options will be subject to stock availability & delivery area. These orders must be placed via telephone by 11:00 AM. These services are not available at weekends
Please inspect your goods immediately on delivery; no claims with regard to damage items can be made after our courier has left the delivery address, unless signed for as damaged on delivery.Whilst we take all reasonable care to ensure our orders
are packed sufficiently, small dents to any products packed in metal containers
are often unavoidable and considered acceptable when transporting via the
parcel courier network, we will not accept claims for damaged items that are
merely superficial denting to containers. Photographic evidence will be
required!
Payment Policy
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal or cheque. Payment for goods must be received before the goods are dispatched. Please allow ten working days for cheque clearance.
