UK Deliveries:
Standard Parcel Orders (Under 205L)
We offer free delivery on parcel orders of £110 or more (before VAT) to most mainland UK addresses, regional restrictions apply.
Orders below this value incur a £8.15 + VAT delivery charge.
Important notes:
- Free delivery excludes any order containing a 205-litre drum (see pallet deliveries below).
- Regional surcharges apply for Scotland, offshore islands, and certain postcodes — please contact us for a quote.
- Delivery tracking details will be emailed to you if a valid email address is provided.
- We reserve the right to select the most suitable courier for your parcel based on size, weight, and product type.
Delivery time:
Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Pallet Deliveries (205L Drums)
Orders containing 205-litre drums will be palletised and shipped via a pallet courier.
Delivery service: 48-hour (standard)
Premium 24-hour service: Available by phone request — please call 01782 410381
Charges: Regional rates apply depending on postcode
Dispatch time: Usually 2–3 working days (subject to stock and order time)

Delivery Instructions
Our courier, APC, offers flexible delivery options:
- Leave Safe (Allowed): If you request your parcel to be left in a safe place on your order, the courier will do so without requiring anyone present at time of delivery. Please note: this option is entirely at your own risk — we cannot replace or refund items that go missing after delivery.
- No safe place available (Not Allowed): Choose this option if you prefer not to have your parcel left unattended.
- Consignee Choice: This is our default method if no instruction is given & gives you a Leave Safe choice via the tracking email sent by APC Overnight.
Delivery dates and times provided by the courier are non-guaranteed and may occasionally be delayed. We will not be held responsible for late delivery & will not refund for late delivery.
Export Orders (Outside the UK)
Due to courier restrictions on shipping liquids, we are currently unable to process international orders via the website.
Please contact us for any delivery which is off-shore or outside of the UK
- Orders to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, and certain Scottish offshore islands (e.g., Alderney, Herm, Sark) are also affected.
- Isle of Wight & Isle of Man deliveries are available but will incur higher costs.
- We can consider small European orders — please contact us directly for pricing and feasibility.
Inspecting Your Delivery
Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
Any damage must be noted on the delivery signature as “damaged” before the courier leaves.
Claims for damage cannot be accepted once the courier has departed unless this is noted.
Minor dents to metal containers can occur during transit and are not considered damage unless the product itself is affected.
Photographic evidence will be required for any damage claims.
