F402 is a NSF: H1 registered, spray-formulated, water resistant lubricant for use on roller and needle bearings and chains. Suitable for Food & Beverage, Packaging, Pharmaceutical and other cleanroom environments.

F412 is a NSF: H1 registered penetrating and release fluid which actively penetrates seized components. Enriched with anti-corrosion additives, a residual lubricating film adheres to the released part, facilitating re-assembly and helping prevent further corrosion.  Suitable for Food & Beverage, Packaging, Pharmaceutical and other cleanroom environments.

F414 is a NSF: H1 registered food grade belt dressing spray designed to reduce slippage and extend the life of drive belts, increasing transmitted power and improving efficiency and cost savings.

PROTEAN Seize Release+ is a NSF: H1 registered spray-formulated fast acting penetrating and dismantling lubricant and suitable for use within Food & Beverage, Packaging, Pharmaceutical and other cleanroom environments.

PURITY FG’s performance results from more than 30 years formulating experience. Using the HT purity process, Petro-Canada produces a 99.9%, crystal clear base oil – among the purest in the world. Virtually free of impurities that can hinder performance and fortified with specially selected performance additives, PURITY FG AW Hydraulic Fluids have excellent resistance to oxidative breakdown. Tough enough to handle wet food processing environments with acidic contaminants and wide temperature swings, PURITY FG AW Hydraulic Fluids can help extend equipment life and reduce operational downtime.

PURITY FG Chain Fluids are recommended for lubricating all types of drive and conveyor chains as well as bearings found on food processing machinery.
They may be applied by brush or drip feed as well as by centralized lubrication systems.

PURITY FG Chain Fluids may be applied at temperatures up to 200°C / 392°F.  However, at temperatures above 150°C / 302°F, equipment should be re-oiled more frequently.

FSW Grease is a high quality, all round performing, white food machinery grease.

Description

K968 is a premium quality, water resistant grease for use in food processing environments where incidental food contact may occur.

Crystal White Oils are highly refined medicinal grades, that are water white in colour, odourless and tasteless. These products are extremely stable and will not break down or form sludges. Category Code: H1, HX-1, 3H

Morris Heavy Liquid Paraffin is a highly refined medicinal white oil grade that is water white in colour, odourless and tasteless. This product is extremely stable and will not break down or form sludges.

PROTEAN Instant Degreaser is an INS: A1 registered ready-to-use general cleaner suitable for use in around food processing area, though not intended for direct food contact. Both odourless and non-tainting, PROTEAN Instant Degreaser is tested to BS EN 1276 and kills bacteria fast and effectively.

NEVASTANE AW oils are recommended for use where incidental contact with food may occur. Using maintenance lubricants which have been registered H1 with NSF minimizes your critical control points as required by HACCP.
