Description
Dye Penetrant (Part 2 of a 3 part non-destructive testing system).
Part 2 is a highly penetrative bright red dye solution designed for rapid absorption into surface faults and imperfections, used as the second part of the 3 part non-destructive crack detection system for metallic surfaces.

Directions for Use
Shake can well before use. Spray liberally onto the surface to be checked from a disrance of 25-30cm and allow to dry for up to 30 minutes – fine defects require a longer drying time. Wipe surface with a clean cloth and then with a separate cloth wetted with IS91 Cleaner before application of No.3 Developer. Do not use on non-metallic surfaces. Red Dye will stain skin – wear protection when handling.
