PREMIER SUPER SYNTH 1005

A fully synthetic (mineral oil free) metalforming fluid with very high lubricity. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications and metals.

Features

1. This product is not an emulsion, but a solution of water-soluble polymers, therefore highly stable, even in the most hostile conditions.
2. Because all components are water soluble, lubricant residues can be removed using aqueous based systems. Negating the use of harmful solvents. Sometimes, residues are so minimal cleaning procedures can be removed from the process altogether and can be compatible with subsequent surface coatings.
3. All components of the lubricant will ‘burn off’ under bright annealing conditions.
4. Suitable for all steel and copper alloys.
5. Can be used neat for arduous deep draws or diluted right down to 10% concentration for light pressing and blanking.
6. Only based on non hazardous components and safe for operators even when used neat.
