Water Soluble Cutting oils

Forms a good stable milky emulsion, even in hard waters up to 400 ppm Ca CO3 hardness. A fully synthetic (mineral oil free) metalforming fluid with very high lubricity. This makes it suitable for a wide range of applications and metals.

Morris Supercut 1000 is readily miscible with most mains water to form a stable, rich, milky white

emulsion of low odour and good corrosion protection and is designed to give improved sump life
over competitive traditional milky soluble oils.

Morris Supercut 2000 is an extreme pressure, micro-emulsion metal working fluid suitable for all general machining operations on ferrous materials up to and including high carbon steels and most stainless steels. 

Supercut 3000 is a micro-emulsion metalworking fluid that is readily miscible with most mains

water producing a transparent blue emulsion that is suited to a wide variety of applications.  

Supercut 4000 is a semi-synthetic, micro-emulsion metalworking fluid, readily miscible

with most mains water to produce a translucent green emulsion that is suited to a wide
variety of applications, non-staining to ferrous and non-ferrous materials which enables it to be

used on a wide variety of alloys.

Supersaw is a micro-emulsion, biocide protected, water soluble cutting fluid suitable to use for the machining and sawing of all ferrous and most non-ferrous metals. It is non-staining on most cuprous and aluminium alloys.

Morris Supercut G is an Ester fortified, semi-synthetic micro-emulsion cutting fluid

incorporating the latest in performance additive technology. Supercut G has a high oil
content & chlorine free extreme pressure additives to ensure a high degree of lubricity and excellent machining performance.
Supercut G has been developed specifically for use with the more difficult to machine alloys
and aluminium. It is, therefore, an excellent product for workshop rationalisation and is
particularly suited to modern CNC machining centres.
